About CMUG

The CMIC Users Group (CMUG) is a nonprofit organization that operates independently from CMiC and is led entirely by volunteers. The group is governed by a Board of Directors, supported by a Leadership Council and a Steering Committee.

Strategic Collaboration with CMiC

CMUG maintains a strong and collaborative relationship with CMiC. The Leadership Council and Steering Committee work closely with CMiC on general product enhancements and play a key role in planning the annual Connect User Conference.

Steering Committee Structure

The Steering Committee holds monthly calls organized by functional areas:

  • Infrastructure
  • Human Capital
  • Opportunity Management
  • Project Management
  • Financials / Project Controls
  • Equipment and Material
  • Cloud
  • Workflow and Development
  • Patching and BI

These calls provide a platform for users to:

  • Share challenges and solutions
  • Learn how others are using CMiC
  • Participate in demonstrations
  • Contribute ideas for Connect presentations

CMiC actively participates in these calls and is also represented at CMUG workshops.
